2023 EVENT INFORMATION

WHEN:

7:30pm Sunday 17 December 2023

Pre-carols entertainment & food vans from 6:00pm.

Main event from 7:30pm - 9:30pm

LOCATION:

Willow Park, Pearce Street, Wodonga

PARKING:

Enter event parking from Pearce Street, including disabled parking and a drop-off zone.

Overflow parking is available from Hereford Street - SES will direct cars on the night.

COST:

FREE community event, thanks to our generous sponsors.

WHAT TO BRING:

Pack a picnic, blanket or rug, camping chairs, and your best Christmas costume. Alcohol is permitted, but in small amounts for personal consumption only - bags may be checked upon entry.

IS FOOD AVAILABLE?

16 food vans to choose from, ice-cream, a BBQ, and cool treats will all be available on the night.

CANDLES

Candles will be available for purchase for $5, with 100% of the money raised going to Albury Wodonga Health Palliative Care Unit.

Songbooks are available in Saturday’s Border Mail, free as you enter the event, or download a digital copy here.

TOILETS

Toilets are located behind the Willow Park Kiosk, past the food vans. Follow signs if you’re lost.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

• Large tents, gazebos, and umbrellas are prohibited - please make sure those around you can see the event too.

• Large amounts of alcohol (i.e. slabs of beer, spirits etc) are prohibited. Bags may be checked upon entry or at any other time if event staff suspect intoxication.

• Smoking & vaping is prohibited.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Please leave your pets at home. Service dogs and similar are permitted.
